How to include the full path of the design file in plots

Question: How do I plot the full path location of the design file being plotted on plots produced by MicroStation J?

Answer: By enabling the "Plot Border" option in the Plot Options dialog box. Here is how you do it:

1. Open the "Plot" dialog box by selecting "Print/Plot" from the File menu or by pressing <Ctrl+P> on your keyboard.



2. Select "Options" from the Setup menu.

3. Click on the checkbox next to the "Plot Border" option and click <OK>.



There you go! This plots the full path and the date and time the plot was created on the bottom left corner of your paper.
