Axiom releases DgnCompare
for MicroStation V8 to quickly view differences between two
individual design files.
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
USA — Axiom, the world's most
experienced developer of time-saving MicroStation software
solutions, announces the release of DgnCompare for V8.
DgnCompare for V8 permits users to graphically see the
differences between any two MicroStation design files. Unlike
MicroStation V8's Design History, DgnCompare for V8 allows
users to check for changes between two separate design files,
not just changes made to the active design file.
DgnCompare for V8 distinctly shows the
user which elements have been added; which elements have been
deleted and which elements have had only their color, weight,
style or level modified from the initial version of the MicroStation
design file. For each design file processed, DgnCompare
for V8 generates a graphical report design file showing
the deleted, added and modified elements. DgnCompare for
V8 intuitively uses different colors to show the user
that elements have been modified (yellow), left unchanged
(white), deleted (red) or added (green).

is the newest addition to MicroStation Productivity Toolkit
for V8.
