About Axiom Maintenance Plus
Plan
 More than mere maintenance, Axiom Maintenance Plus
is your support, upgrade, training and "insurance"
plan, designed to ensure that customers get the most use out
of their MicroStation utilities. Axiom’s entire staff
is behind our Axiom Maintenance Plus holders, including
highly-trained technical experts that help your shop work
out production snags and solve MicroStation workflow issues.
Like insurance, Axiom Maintenance Plus cannot be purchased
only after it is needed. We highly encourage all customers
to have Axiom Maintenance Plus. Currently, the vast
majority of Axiom customers have Axiom Maintenance Plus.
Axiom Maintenance Plus for Axiom products provides the following
services:

The latest version of the products
provided at no charge upon request.

Unlimited technical support via
telephone, fax, e-mail or mail.

High priority given to enhancement
requests.

Bug fixes and work-arounds.

The latest version of the product
sent automatically at least once a year.

A new copy of the product if your
CPU-ID (unique hard-drive registration number) changes.

For every $500 paid on annual maintenance,
one hour of free user training via the Internet or two
hours of free custom programming.

Free user training via the Internet or free custom programming. Training and custom programming time is based on the amount of your annual maintenance.

A 60% discount on the purchase of
the V8 product with functionality the same or similar
to the covered V7 product.

Services
Rick is Axiom's tech support coordinator
and licensing expert. His job is to ensure maximum
satisfaction and provide high-speed service for
customers having technical issues and enhancement
requests. Rick has been at Axiom for nine years.

Oscar ensures Axiom product development
is constantly meeting the MicroStation community's
needs. Oscar was raised in Venezuela and is fluent
in Spanish. He has been at Axiom for seven years.

Palmer
Product Manager Toolkit
Steve has been at Axiom since
1988 and has been key in developing most of Axiom's
successful MicroStation tools. He oversees the
implementation of the tools in Axiom's MicroStation
Productivity Toolkit and heads up the reseach
and development for Axiom's V8 utilities.

Fredrick Kenniston
Online Demonstration Presenter
Fredrick is the Product Manager
for many of Axiom's tools, like RefWriter,
Duplicate Element Remover and Dual-screen
Window Manager and is Axiom's Online Demonstration
Presenter. He has been with Axiom for 12 years.
