MicroStation Productivity Toolkit FAQ

Q- I just installed Microstation Productivity Toolkit and now when I start MicroStation, I get this message: “Could not load C:\Program Files\Axiom\V7\popmenu\popmenu.ma”. Why do I get that?

A- When you installed MicroStation Productivy Toolkit, you choose PopMenu and/or EditMenu which is not part of the Toolkit. Unless you have licensing for PopMenu/EditMenu you will receive the error message when you start MicroStation. To remove this warning message, you will need to edit your AXIOM.CFG file. It is usually located at \Bentley\Program\MicroStation\Config\Appl. You can edit this file with Notepad or a similar ASCII text editor. Remove the line MS_MDL > $(AXI)popmenu/popmenu.ma. Save the file and restart MicroStation. The message should be gone.
