Do you want an easy way to paste a bill of materials, a schedule or some other spreadsheet data into your design file? What about if it’s reliable and keeps a link to the original spreadsheet? Microsoft Office Importer does this and more and it is compatible with both MicroStation and AutoCAD.
CellManager allows you to sort, view, move, import, export, copy, scale, rotate, modify, rename, convert any number of cells within multiple cell libraries.
DgnCompare is the fastest and easiest way to graphically see the differences between design files, check for changes for quality control purposes and keep your project files in sync.
Duplicate Element Remover gives you pinpoint control over exactly which elements get deleted.
Repairing a MicroStation file with FileFixer usually requires nothing more than typing in (or double-clicking on) the name of the damaged file. FileFixer fixes messed-up MicroStation files.
Global File Changer is limited only by your imagination. It can be used to make thousands of different types of changes — with laser precision — to any number of design files you choose.
SpellCheckerPlus is a remarkable MDL application which allows you to quickly check for spelling errors in a MicroStation design file, plus much more.
Version Manager saves as many backup copies of your current design file automatically as frequently as you like — every hour or every few minutes.
Merge a design file and its reference files into a single file. RefMerge contains all of the options needed to create a complete set of project files that show everything you want, the way you want it.
Are design file inconsistencies costing you time and money? With SpecChecker you can quickly and easily perform quality assurance checks while automatically correcting errors on your MicroStation files.
The purpose of SpecMonitor is to make sure the designs you produce exactly match the CAD standards of your company or that of your client during the drawing process.
SequenceEditor modifies the display (and plotting) order of elements in a design file by changing the position of elements in the design file.
DgnQuickPick allows MicroStation users to easily navigate between files and models during a MicroStation session.
Problem Element Viewer instantly zooms in on the element in question so you can see what the element looks like and how it relates to the other elements nearby. You will also see the element’s level, weight, color, and style.

“We use MicroStation Productivity Toolkit for checking for consistencies in contractor work, for altering drawings and for extracting information from files. We are working on building refineries for a project for Saudi Aramco, for Sadara — this is for one of the largest refineries in Saudi Arabia. Axiom’s productivity tools in Toolkit — including RefManager, SpecChecker and Global File Changer — have saved us upwards of more than a million dollars in overall costs for just this one project. And your Tech Support is always outstanding.”

“Axiom’s MicroStation Productivity Toolkit is so helpful. Some of the main tools I use are RefManager, CellManager, and FileFixer. We use RefManager to clean up link changes and changes to file names. We’d have to do it manually otherwise. Before, we weren’t using relative pathing, now we do. We’ve changed from a full path link or no path link to a ref-relative path link which brings it to up to what we do now. If your reference files are not mapped, you can’t find them. Now they’re all mapped, which makes it pretty handy. I use CellManager in different ways: I use it to extract out cells from a file and change their properties. Without it, it would take much longer. Really happy I have Toolkit. Frankly, I couldn’t even begin to tell you how much time it saves!“
