MicroStation Guru
Division: Division 4, The
Technical Division
General Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a true MicroStation guru to join our growing
team and to work with MicroStation users! The job will involve helping our customers to increase MicroStation productivity,
provide solutions for existing industry problems, work directly with customers to determine the best course for future software
development at Axiom and educate customers on how to realize the greatest benefit possible from not only Axiom products,
but MicroStation itself.
Qualifications/Experience:
- CAD experience (MicroStation and AutoCAD) essential.
- Experience working with people in a professional environment.
- Good study ability
- Stable work history, dedicated and esponsible.
- Professional appearance.
- Great communication skills.
Salary:
Dependent on skill and experience.

Technical Support Representative
Division: Division 4, The Technical Division
General Purpose of the Job:
To effectively service our customers so they can utilize Axiom products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helping customers and ensuring they receive help.
- Documenting the help we deliver so that others can deliver that help in the future.
- Writing up customer requests for future product enhancement.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Technical Support experience is important.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great grasp of computers.
- Able to learn new things quickly.
- Some system administration experience a plus.
- Knowledge of MicroStation is a plus, but not required.

Product Manager
Division: Division 4, The
Technical Division
Reports to: Executive Product Manager
General Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the commercial success of the products assigned to him/her, through design, development, documentation and internal staff training for
existing and possibly new commercial applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Although not a programming position, it does cover many tasks
related to software development. The duties and responsibilities
include:
- Responsibility for the perception, design, testing and implementation of commercial software products.
- Writing software specifications.
- Managing software developers, primarily via email.
- Updating product User Guides.
- Training staff (in person) and customers live over the Internet)
Qualifications/Experience:
- Computer Literacy is a must
- Good study ability
- Quick Learner
- Stable work history, dedicated and responsible.
- Professional appearance
- Good communication skills
Programming experience in C a plus!
CAD experience (MicroStation or AutoCAD) a plus!

Lead Generator
Division: Division 6, The Marketing Division
Reports to: Director of Exposure
General Purpose of the Job:
To assist in the expansion of the company by getting potential clients interested in Axiom products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Find new potential clients and contact them to get them interested in Axiom products and services.
Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 6 months computer experience. Must like to work at and with computers.
- Familiar with the Internet and how to use search engines
- Willing to do cold calling

Sales Consultant
Division: Division 2, The Sales Division
Reports to: Sales Manager
General Purpose of the Job:
To close as many qualified prospects as possible as quickly as possible on Axiom products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting prospects and interesting them in Axiom products.
- Closing them on Axiom products and completing sales.
- Keeping abreast of product development and the needs of customers to continuously improve on the above.
- Continuing training on sales techniques.
- Following up with and working leads.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum one year's experience in sales.
- Good communication skills are essential since this is not a typical phone sale.
You will be selling to professional buyers.
- Interested in and able to quickly learn about and sell high-tech computer software.
